Free Student Outreach At FGC By Hot Horns

Submitted - Hot Horns consists of six touring professional musicians who play classical, jazz, rock, pop and more on various brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments.

They are coming to Levy PAC at Florida Gateway College Florida (FGC) to present a FREE student outreach Friday, April 25th 12:00-1:00 pm.

Students K-12 & FGC are invited. Parents, guardians, and teachers may also come, but only with student age children.

At the outreach, Hot Horns will be performing a short concert and talking about what they do as entertainers. They will be showing off their different instruments and getting students excited about learning instruments and performing in band classes.  Attendees will learn about brass instruments and hopefully gain a respect and appreciation for listening to and making music.

Hot Horns is also presenting a ticketed full concert 7:30-9:00 pm Saturday April 26th. Buy concert tickets at the door beginning 6:30 pm or on-line at communityconcerts.info. Questions? Contact Martha 386 365-8488.
