4. Approval of AIG Storage Tank Third Party Liability renewal warranty with Terrorism Act Premium for policy period June 3, 2025 – June 3, 2026. Budgeted item.

5. Approval of Operating Plan between Suwannee County Fire Rescue and Florida Forest Service.

6. Approval of Memorandum of Agreement between Florida Department of Corrections and Suwannee County Fire Rescue.

7. Approval of Revised Agreement for Uniform Collection of Non-Ad Valorem Special Assessments between the Board of County Commissioners and Sharon Jordan, the state Constitution’s Tax Collector.

8. Approval of Interlocal Agreement with City of Live Oak regarding improvements to 68th Terrace.

9. Approval of Support Agreement between Florida Youth Charitable Inc and Suwannee County.

10. Authorization to advertise for bids for the Rehabilitate Airport Entrance Road / FBO Parking Lot and Expand FBO Parking Lot project at the Suwannee County Airport. Budget impact: none – funded 95% by FAA and 5% by FDOT.

11. Authorization to advertise for bids for the Runway 7-25 Rehabilitation project at the Suwannee County Airport.

12. Authorization to assign a credit card to the Public Works Department with a limit of $10,000.

13. Approval of and authorize the County Administrator to execute a one-year lease agreement with Leasing2 for three (3) Peterbuilt 520 front load garbage trucks from Environmental Products Group utilizing Sourcewell Contract #110223-LEG for the Solid Waste department, pending County Attorney review. Budget impact: $124,232.11 per unit, budgeted items.

14. Authorization to issue Intent to Award 2025-06 Bid Construction of Suwannee County’s Covid Isolation Facility to Blackwater Construction Services. Budget impact: None, funded by grant.

15. Award Bid 2025-12 and authorize the Chairman to execute a contract with Potter Landscaping, LLC for the Courthouse landscaping project. Budget impact: $54,990 is budgeted.
