DOH hosts Lafayette diabetes self-management education program

Lafayette County, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County (DOH-Lafayette) invites residents to attend the Diabetes Self-Management Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) classes.

Fridays Date(s): January 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th

February 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th, 2025

The DOH-Lafayette encourages all Floridians to manage your diabetes through habits such as proper nutrition and regular activity. The DEEP diabetes self-management program has been shown to be successful in helping participants take control of their disease and reduce the risk of complications. Registration is required.
