Staff Reports

Wednesday, Governor Ron DeSantis visited Live Oak to survey the damage from Hurricane Debby and show support for businesses damaged by the storm.

.50 Cal Coffee and Desserts was among the businesses the Governor visited along with Emergency Management Director Kevin Guthrie and other local officials.

They visited Hal Airth's law office, J. Sherman Frier & Associates (among others) and found mangled metal roofing from Suzie's Florist that was blown over electrical lines. Governor DeSantis is working to have the state help with the roof, according to reports.
