1) Approval of the Agenda with any additions, deletions or changes (motion to approve)

2) Public Comments (comments limited to 3 minutes) Notice: Speakers from the audience will be allowed to speak on items listed within this agenda following recognition by the Council President and must speak from the podium. Please fill out a public comment form, which is located at the rear of the meeting room, prior to the start of the meeting indicating which agenda item or public comment the speaker which to be heard. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes each, so all who wish to speak will be provided an opportunity

3) Approval of the October 8, 2019 City Council monthly meeting minutes and the October 25, 2019 Emergency Called Council meeting minutes

4) Mayor Frank Davis – Matters of the City

A. Discussion with possible Council action, City of Live Oak 2020 Holiday schedule

B. Recommendation for Council approval, nomination to appoint Clifford Kastor as Tenant Commissioner to the Board of Commissioners for the Live Oak Housing Authority

5) City Council

A. Discussion regarding game room / gaming business ordinance (Stewart)

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Final reading of Ordinance 1440, an ordinance amending the salary of the City Clerk (Stewart)

6) City Manager, Ron Williams

A. Discussion with possible Council action, Award contract for RFQ 01-2019 – Professional Engineering Services/City Engineer

B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-20, A resolution encouraging the United States Postal Service to formally nominate the Live Oak Main Post Office, located at 400 Ohio Avenue/ Dr. MLK Jr. Avenue South to The National Register of Historic Places

C. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-21, A resolution to remain in the negotiating class in The Federal Opioid Multi-District Litigation in The United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio

D. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-22, a resolution declaring certain personal property owned by the City to be either surplus or obsolete and to be removed from the fixed assets of the City.
