Citizens are encouraged to participate in City of Lake City meetings. The City of Lake City encourages civility in public discourse and requests that speakers direct their comments to the Chair. Signs or Props are not permitted in the meeting room.
Citizens are encouraged to provide comments in writing to the City Clerk before meetings or during meetings for inclusion into the public record. Citizens may also provide input to individual council members via office visits, phone calls, letters and e-mail that will become public record.

ORDINANCES:

Ordinance No. 2019-2122 (first reading), if adopted, relates to the rezoning of less than ten contiguous acres of land from Residential Multiple Family (RMF-3) to Residential, Single Family (RSF-3) of certain lands within the corporate limits of the City of Lake City, Florida; providing severability; repealing all ordinances in conflict; and providing an effective date.  This property is located on Gurly Avenue, Parcel ID 11711-004, and is owned by Greater Lake City Community Development Corporation, LLC.

Adopt Ordinance No. 2019-2122 (first reading)

RESOLUTIONS:

City Council Resolution No. 2019-078, if adopted, will authorize the City to enter into Change Order Number One to the contract between the City and Sawcross, Inc., related to the Generator and Centrifuge Project at the Saint Margaret’s Wastewater Treatment Facility, extending the days for both substantial completion and final completion by thirty-two (32) days.

City Council Resolution No. 2019-079, if adopted, will appoint City Representatives to serve on a Cooperative Planning Committee with Columbia County, Florida.

City Council Resolution No. 2019-082, if adopted, will rescind City Council Resolution No. 2019-048, and will authorize the execution of a revised contract with Jones Edmunds & Associates, Inc., for the consulting services associated with the Wastewater Project for I-75 and SR 47.

10.    DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATION
