ATTENTION:

The Board may add additional items to this agenda.
Affirmative action on any item includes authorization of Chairman’s, or

designee’s, signature on all associated documents.
Individual speakers from the audience will be allowed three (3) minutes to

speak following recognition by the Chairman and must speak from the

podium. Speakers may only make one (1) trip to the podium regarding each

item they wish to speak on.                                                   
Groups or factions representing a position on a proposition or issue are

required to select a single representative or spokesperson.  The designated

representative will be allowed to speak for seven (7) minutes following

recognition by the Chairman and must speak from the podium.  Speakers

may only make one (1) trip to the podium regarding each item they wish

to speak on.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

July 2, 2019 – Regular Board Meeting

CONSENT:

Approval of payment of processed invoices.

Approval of renewal with Humana for dental and vision plans.
Approval of Indemnification agreement pertaining to construction contracting services.

Approval of recommendation regarding ADA compliance.

Authorization to purchase 2020 Toyota Rav4 in the amount of $23,956.00

utilizing Florida Sheriffs’ Association State Contract #FSA18-VEL26.0 for

Extension Office.  Non-budgeted item.

Approval of Release and Satisfaction of Lien for April Henderson, State

Housing Initiatives Program client, and approval of County Attorney and

County Administrator making request to SREC for SHIP administrative

information and authorize Chairman to execute required documents for

SHIP lien satisfactions associated therewith.

Authorization to apply for a State Appropriation for turn lanes on US 90 at

Catalyst Site.

Award bid and authorize execution of contract with McInnis Services, LLC for

renovations at Mizell Building in the amount of $25,490.00. (Bid solicitation

No. 2019-18, bids were opened on July 9, 2019) Budgeted item.

Ratification of Rural Florida Marketing and Education Grant application and

authorize Chairman to execute.

TIME SPECIFIC ITEMS:

At 6:05p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, hold a public

hearing, to consider adoption of a resolution approving Special Permit

Request No. SP-19-06-01 by Innovative Solar 168, LLC authorized agent

for Butler & Butler Family Limited Partnership, to be granted a special

permit under Section 4.4.5 (b) (12) of the Suwannee County Land

Development Regulations for Utilities and Related Facilities (Ron Meeks,

Planning & Zoning Director)


CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS ITEMS:  

Set date, time and location for Tentative and Final Budget Hearings.
