ATTENTION:

The Board may add additional items to this agenda.
Affirmative action on any item includes authorization of Chairman’s, or

designee’s, signature on all associated documents.
Individual speakers from the audience will be allowed three (3) minutes

to speak following recognition by the Chairman and must speak from

the podium. Speakers may only make one (1) trip to the podium

regarding each item they wish to speak on.

Groups or factions representing a position on a proposition or issue are

required to select a single representative or spokesperson.  The

designated representative will be allowed to speak for seven (7)

minutes following recognition by the Chairman and must speak from

the podium.  Speakers may only make one (1) trip to the podium

regarding each item they wish to speak on.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

June 18, 2019 – Regular Board Meeting
June 26, 2019 – Special-Called Meeting


CONSENT:

Approval of payment of processed invoices.

Approval of Supplemental Task Order No. 1 with North Florida

Professional Services, Inc. for engineering services associated with

widening and resurfacing of 129th Road. Budget impact:  $35,000

funded by FEMA reimbursement.

Authorization to replace three (3) existing dump trucks with three (3)

new trucks and authorize County Administrator to execute the

associated agreement, pending review by County Attorney.

Authorization to purchase 100kw generator from Ring Power in the

amount of $36,498.75 for Public Works Department.  Budget impact: 

funded by FEMA grant.

Approval of a Work Site Agreement with the Department of Corrections

and Public Service Agency.  

Approval of State-Funded Subgrant Agreement with the Florida Division

of Emergency Management for an Emergency Management

Preparedness and Assistance Grant (EMPA) in the amount of

$105,806.00 for the Emergency Management Department.

Authorization to advertise for Request for Proposals for financing of

radio system used by Fire/Rescue and Sheriff’s Office.

Declare Wright Line Console as sole source vendor and authorize

purchase and payment of console in the amount of $4,515.32 utilizing

State of Florida Contract # 425-001-12-1 for 911 Communications

Center. Budget Impact: utilizing carry-forward funding.


TIME SPECIFIC:

At 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard,

presentation of audit for Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2018.

Waste Water Plant at   I-75 / CR 136 interchange. (Randy Harris,

County Administrator)
