ATTENTION:

The Board may add additional items to this agenda.
Affirmative action on any item includes authorization of

Chairman’s, or designee’s, signature on all associated

documents.
Individual speakers from the audience will be allowed

three (3) minutes to speak following recognition by the

Chairman and must speak from the podium. Speakers

may only make one (1) trip to the podium regarding

each item they wish to speak on.

Groups or factions representing a position on a

proposition or issue are required to select a single

representative or spokesperson.  The designated

representative will be allowed to speak for seven (7)

minutes following recognition by the Chairman and

must speak from the podium.  Speakers may only

make one (1) trip to the podium regarding each item

they wish to speak on.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

June 4, 2019 – Regular Board Meeting
June 11, 2019 – Airport Engineering Firms RFQ Meeting

CONSENT:

Approval of payment of processed invoices.

Approval of Modification No. Z0598-6 to Subgrant

Agreement with the State of Florida, Division of

Emergency Management for funds associated with

Hurricane Irma.

Approval of recommendation by Ranking Committee to

negotiate with AECOM Technical Services, Inc.  for

Airport Consulting Services.  

Declare Utility Trucks & Equipment, Inc. sole source

vendor and ratify purchase of Ford F750, crew cab with

dump body. Budgeted impact: $43,685.00, budgeted

item.

Authorization to create a position in Facility Maintenance

to train with an employee who will be retiring.

Approval of change order with Anderson Columbia for

work associated with resurfacing of 129th Road.

Approval of and authorization for Chairman to execute

agreements with Florida Department of Corrections for

use of inmate crews.

Approval of amendment to Personnel Rules and

Regulations regarding Section 23.08 E and adoption of

enabling resolution.

Approval of CDBG bid award to Certified Roofing &

Construction for demolition/replacement of home as part

of housing rehabilitation program.

Approval of CDBG bid award to Unison Development for

demolition/replacement of home as part of housing

rehabilitation program.

Town of Branford for information regarding the County

providing fire and rescue services within Branford.

radio system used by Fire / Rescue and Sheriff’s

Set date, time and location of budget workshops.

associated with Water or Waste Water Plant at I-75 /
