Please fill out a public comment form, which is located at the rear of the meeting room, prior to the start of the meeting. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes each, so all who wish to speak will be provided an opportunity
Meeting called to order


Invocation followed by Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag


1) Approval of the Agenda with any additions, deletions or changes (motion to approve)

3) Approval of the April 9, 2019 City Council monthly meeting minutes (not approved last council meeting), and approval of the May 14 City Council monthly meeting minutes

C. Nomination and selection of a Voting Delegate to the 93rd Annual FLC Conference

A. Discussion with possible council action on Resolution 13-13 concerning Rules and Policies Governing public Comment (Stewart)


B. Discussion with possible action concerning non-compliant requirements for improvements and additions to current properties and new developments pertaining to LDR’s. At this time with special attention shown to Land Development Regulations ARTICLE ONE; SEC. 1.7 Pro-Business and Growth Declaration and ARTICLE FOUR; SEC. 4.19.15.10 Off-street parking; Landscaping requirements (Stewart)


C. Update status regarding the retention pond on Anna Street (Reed)
6) City Manager, Ron Williams


A. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-06, a resolution authorizing the City to enter into a traffic signal maintenance agreement with Florida Department of Transportation


B. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-07, a resolution authorizing the City to enter into a Right-of-Way (ROW) maintenance agreement with Florida Department of Transportation


C. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-08, a resolution declaring certain personal property owned by the City to be either surplus to its needs and sold at a publicly noticed sale or determined to be obsolete, non-serviceable, or beyond economic repair and authorizing the City to remove such surplus property when sold or disposed of from the fixed assets of the City


D. Discussion with possible Council action, Resolution 19-09, a resolution authorizing the appropriation of the Sewer Repair Reserve funds for the payment of debit service


E. Discussion with possible Council action, Joint Resolution 2019-30, a joint resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Suwannee County and the City of Live Oak, City Council designating Perimeter Road and 72nd Trace as a truck route and requesting appropriate signage be placed by the Florida Department of Transportation


F. Discussion with possible Council action pertaining to an application for a heritage tree removal, located at 900 Pearl Avenue SE


G. Discussion with possible Council action, renewal of Garbage-Truck lease


H. Discussion with possible Council action, approval of sole source procurement for possible road projects


I. Discussion with possible Council action to purchase used 3 Cubic Yard Articulated Wheel Loader and approve the purchase as sole-source procurement


J. Discussion regarding the hours of operations for a restaurant in a residential single-family district.
