Please fill out a public comment form, which is located at the rear of the meeting room, prior to the start of the meeting. A. Discussion with possible Council action, First reading of Ordinance 1423, an ordinance relating to public Right-Of-Ways, making findings and vacating a segment of platted street Right-Of-Way within the City of Live Oak, Florida, as follows: a portion of Tedder Avenue NE (Aka 30 Ft. 1st St, by Plat) – bounded on the South by Duval Street NE, bounded on the North by Bryson Street NE, bounded on the East by Block 2 of Dowling-Mussey Addition, and bounded on the West by Block 1 of Dowling-Mussey Addition


B. Discussion with possible Council action; Resolution 18-17, authorization to enter into a RBC transaction (pre-pay natural gas purchase) through Florida Gas Utility. The RBC transaction is initiated by Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia offering purchase discounts with a 30-year commitment to purchase set quantities of natural gas


C. Discussion with possible Council action; Resolution 18-18, authorization to enter into a Macquarie transaction (pre-pay natural gas purchase) through Florida Gas Utility. The Macquarie transaction is initiated by Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia offering purchase discounts with a 30-year commitment to purchase set quantities of natural gas
