TENTATIVE AGENDA FOR October 2, 2018, 6:00 P.M.

ATTENTION:

The Board may add additional items to this agenda.
Affirmative action on any item includes authorization of

Chairman’s, or designee’s, signature on all associated documents.
Individual speakers from the audience will be allowed three

(3) minutes to speak following recognition by the Chairman

and must speak from the podium. Speakers may only make

one (1) trip to the podium regarding each item they wish to

speak on.                                                   
Groups or factions representing a position on a proposition or

issue are required to select a single representative or

spokesperson.  The designated representative will be allowed to

speak for seven (7) minutes following recognition by the Chairman

and must speak from the podium.  Speakers may only make one

(1) trip to the podium regarding each item they wish to speak on.

Approval of Release of Lien for Michelle Jones, State Housing

Initiatives Program client.

Approval to hold first meeting for the month of November, on

Thursday, November 8, 2018, 6:00p.m. at the Judicial Annex.
Approval of SCRAP agreement with Florida Department of

Transportation for design, construction and construction

engineering and inspection for resurfacing of 129th Road

from CR 252 to SR 51, and adoption of enabling resolution.

Approval of SCOP agreement with Florida Department of

Transportation for design, construction and construction

engineering and inspection for road reconstruction of CR 136A

from US 129 to 75th Road, and adoption of enabling resolution.

Authorization to reassign existing County credit card from Alvin

Jackson to Suwannee County Economic Development.

Authorization to advertise for bids for disposal of waste tires.

Award bid for Galvanized Corrugated Metal Pipe. (Bid Solicitation

No. 2018-11) (Bids were opened on September 25, 2018)

Award bid for Polypropylene Pipe. (Bid Solicitation No. 2018- 12)

(Bids were opened on September 25, 2018)

Award bid and authorize execution of contract for bid number

2018-08 for Test Well at I-75 Water Plant. Budget impact: funded

with grant proceeds.

Authorize County Administrator to execute lease agreement with

John Deere Financial for eight (8) replacement graders. Budgeted

item.


TIME SPECIFIC ITEMS:
