ORDINANCES:

Ordinance No. 2018-2097 (first reading), if adopted, relates to the rezoning  of less than ten contiguous acres of land pursuant to an application, LDR 18-01, by the Law Office of Travis Koon, PLLC; providing for rezoning from Residential, Office (RO) to Commercial, General (CG) of certain lands within the corporate limits of the City of Lake City. This office is located at 284 SW Baya Avenue.

ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES:

Ordinance No. 2018-2097 (first reading)

RESOLUTIONS:

City Council Resolution No. 2018-053, if adopted, will accept an assignment of an End-User License Agreement from Smart Utility Systems, Inc., to Smart Energy Systems, LLC.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-046, if adopted, will authorize the City to enter into Change Order Number One to the contract between the City and Smart Energy Systems, LLC relating to implementing an update to the City’s “Smart Customer Mobile” Application that provides comprehensive water usage information between the City and its customers, for a not-to-exceed cost of $7,950.00.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-051, calling for an election to be held on August 28, 2018 for the election of a City Council Member from District Ten and the election of a City Council Member from District Fourteen; and directing the City Clerk to coordinate arrangements for said election with the Columbia County Supervisor of Elections; and directing the Clerk to publish notice of the election.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-052, if adopted, will authorize the appointment of Joseph Helfenberger as City Manager of the City of Lake City, Florida, for an indefinite term, and will authorize the City to enter into an Employment Agreement with Joseph Helfenberger.
