Consider request from the Natural Gas Department to reallocate funds, within account number 420.80.532.60-63, budgeted for Cathodic Protection to be used for the new assisted living facility being built on West US Highway 90.

RESOLUTIONS:

City Council Resolution No. 2018-035, if adopted, will authorize the City to enter into an amendment to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, authorized by City Council Resolution No. 2015-030.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-036, if adopted, will declare certain personal property owned by the City to be either surplus to its needs and sold at a public noticed sale or determined to be obsolete, non-serviceable, or beyond economic repair pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Section 2-183 of the City Code, and authorizes the City to remove such surplus property when sold or disposed of from the fixed assets of the City.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-037, if adopted, will grant the Florida Department of Transportation an Access Easement over lands of the City of Lake City, Florida; and authorizes execution by the Mayor and City Clerk.

City Council Resolution No. 2018-039, if adopted, will authorize the City to enter into Change Order Number Eight (8) to the contract between the City and Ortega Industrial Contractors, Inc. relating to design changes to the Kicklighter Wastewater Reclamation Facility project and an increase in the project completion date by sixty (60) days.
