Hurricane Matthew - Columbia County Friday Morning Update

Lake City, Fla., –  Hurricane Matthew has shifted slightly to the east, however, the coastal areas are still facing significant hurricane conditions. Columbia County is expecting 25-30 mph winds with gusts up to 50 mph, and rainfall of 1-2 inches today beginning at approximately 11:00 am EST.
